Wedding Photo Booth Rental
Instant Photocube serves Jacksonville Florida, North and Central Florida as well as Southeast Georgia. Our Wedding photo booth rentals are available in Open Booth and Enclosed Booth options. Guests love the simplicity of operation. Our most popular style of photo booth is our open booth using a choice of backdrop options and our powerful kiosk using state-of-the-art software combined with high-resolution DSLR camera, studio off-camera flash and lab-quality dye sublimation printer that prints in less than 15 seconds. Guest (we've had up to 20 in one group) stand in front of the backdrop and face the camera kiosk. Our attendant will get the session started while the guests are able to view their poses as the camera kiosk visually counts down. Photos are taken in 5-second intervals and repeated 3-4 times per session. The number of photos per session is decided at time of booking.
Guests may also send digital images via text or email for easy sharing to their personal social media platforms during the event from a separate iPad kiosk. In venues where there is no available Wi-Fi signal the images will queue and be sent upon our arrival back at our office.
We also include in our Wedding Photo Booth package a few upgrades. We provide a Memory Album that is completed during the reception. Each set of guests using the booth will be handed an album page that our attendant had "glued" down an extra copy of the printed photo strip. We then encourage and help the guests write a short note next to their photo strip. At the end of the evening we give the completed Memory Album to a designated person.
Additionally we will include early setup at no extra charge.
To set up for your event, we need about two hours before the start of your event to load in our gear, set up equipment, test and prepare to ensure smooth operation during your event. If you desire props, we recommend that you choose this free option, Then we require space for a 6-foot table (we'll provide the table) outside the open photo booth for display and use of all the props for your rental. We also need to have access to a 110V 20 amp 3 prong electrical outlet within 30 feet of where you want us to locate the photo booth. Whenever possible it is best if we can meet with you at the venue to see where and how you want the photo booth located. Generally it is best to locate the photo booth near the bar or other high traffic area. While it can certainly work if set up alone in another room, historically those locations don’t get the same amount of use. You would not want to hear after your event “Oh, you had a photo booth, I didn’t even see it”. We have over a dozen backdrop options for the Open Photo Booth. (samples shown below)
